We are delighted to announce that HQQ is an awarded supplier for Lot 4a: Systems Approach to Learning from Patient Safety Incidents Training on the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub Training and Development Services framework.

 

We have over 20 years of experience running system-focused incident analysis workshops for large groups of clinical and managerial staff in several NHS and private sector organizations.

 

We also provide skills training on patient safety for quality and patient safety specialist staff. Our patient safety course prepares staff to implement proactive patient safety practices and programmes as well as using systems approaches to react to an incident, adverse event or complaint.

 

In our expert governance course, we provide a patient safety module on the discipline of patient safety, how to implement Safety I and Safety II approaches, and a systems approach to analysing and acting on a significant event.
