For the purposes of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we are the data controller.   • If you use our services through your organization, information provided to us by your employer. If you attend one of our training events through your employer, your employer may provide us with information about you when they book one of our services, for example, your name job title and email address. 

 

What do we use the information for?

  • Contract: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you

  • Right to Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your Personal Data to the Information Commissioner.

Objection to Marketing
