Developing and Producing Customised Publications

We prepare publications on clinical audit in response to specific requests from organizations.

We have the following capabilities available to meet our customers' needs for publications:

• Research content as required, including carrying out formal reviews of literature and other evidence
• Design and develop individual publications or a series of publications
• Write content to meet the needs of various target readers
• Copy edit publications, using our own or our customer's established house style
• Produce publications in desktop publishing software, including graphics as required, for printing or electronic publishing directly from disk

• A package of publications related to clinical audit
• A guidebook for individual healthcare organizations on policy and procedures related to clinical audit

Clinical Audit Teaching Package

Clinical audit and clinical effectiveness managers and facilitators often are expected to motivate clinical groups to carry out clinical audit and to teach clinical staff in detail how to do clinical audit. Most clinical staff, however, don't have the time to properly develop an effective, professional teaching package that will work time after time with clinical teams.

In response to requests from healthcare organizations, we have designed a teaching package on clinical audit that can be used by clinical audit staff. The materials included in the package are based on our highly successful workshop, Getting Clinical Audit Right to Benefit Patients. Therefore, the approach and the materials in the package already have been subject to extensive evaluation by clinical teams over a number of years.

What's included
The Clinical Audit Teaching Package includes:

• A binder containing all the teaching material
• A set of four PowerPoint presentations on a CD
• Actual scripts for use in giving presentations or workshops
• Four 20-page booklets that are handouts for workshop participants
• A copy of our 350-page manual on clinical audit

License agreement
The Clinical Audit Teaching Package is available under a license agreement between Healthcare Quality Quest and the buyer.
